About
Dr. Elizabeth Rich is a nationally recognized leader in instructional systems design, faculty development, and military education. With over 20 years of experience across higher education and the U.S. Department of Defense, she currently serves as Chief of Training Operations at the 37th Training Wing, where she advises senior leadership on education strategy, training operations, and instructional excellence.
Driven by her deep passion for empowering learning professionals, Dr. Rich founded Chart House Academy—a platform dedicated to advancing the art and science of teaching, learning, and leadership. Her mission is to chart new paths for educators, trainers, and lifelong learners through innovative, high-impact learning experiences.
She has taught and developed over 120 courses at institutions such as John F. Kennedy University and the University of Phoenix, covering topics from global politics to instructional technology. Dr. Rich holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Higher and Postsecondary Education, an MAEd in Adult Education and Distance Learning, and an MBA in Global Management.
At Chart House Academy, Dr. Rich brings her signature blend of strategic insight, academic rigor, and learner-centered design to every course she leads.
